Arrival Transfer:

1. Please provide us with your flight arrival details and the hotel accommodation where you would like to be dropped off. This information is essential for us to arrange a seamless transfer and ensure that we assign the appropriate terminal for pickup.

2. Any changes to your flight schedule or accommodation details should be communicated to us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.

3. In the event of flight delays or changes, we will monitor your flight status and adjust the pickup time accordingly. However, it is crucial that you notify us of any significant changes as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

Departure Transfer:

1. Please indicate the desired pickup time for your departure transfer. We recommend scheduling the pickup approximately 3 hours before your flight departure time to allow for check-in procedures and airport security.

2. It is your responsibility to be ready for pickup at the designated time. We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you are not ready or available for pickup within this timeframe, it may result in a missed transfer and additional charges.

3. Any changes to your departure time should be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.

4. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, road closures, or inclement weather. We advise allowing sufficient time for your transfer to avoid any potential inconveniences.
